Experience Cappadocia’s valleys from behind the handlebars of an ATV.

Our Cappadocia ATV Safari takes you through rugged trails and spectacular landscapes where regular tour buses cannot go. Depending on the route and conditions, the adventure may include valleys such as Sword Valley, Rose Valley, and Love Valley.

Sunset is one of the most popular times to ride. As the light changes, Cappadocia’s rock formations and valleys take on warm shades of gold, orange, and red.

Best for: Adventure lovers, couples, groups of friends and photographers.

Horseback Riding in Cappadocia

Cappadocia is often associated with the ancient name Katpatuka, commonly interpreted as the “Land of Beautiful Horses.”

Horseback riding offers a quieter and more traditional way to experience the valleys. Instead of engine noise, you follow natural trails through vineyards, orchards, rock formations, and open landscapes.

No previous riding experience is required for most beginner-friendly tours. Local guides provide basic instructions before the ride and lead the group along the route.

Best for: Couples, beginners, nature lovers and photographers.

Duration: 1 or 2 hours
Recommended Time: Sunrise or sunset

Camel Safari

For a unique Cappadocia experience, join a guided camel ride through the region’s dramatic landscapes.

Camels are not native to Cappadocia, but their appearance against fairy chimneys and rocky valleys creates a memorable Silk Road-inspired atmosphere.

Camel safaris move at a relaxed pace, making them more about enjoying the scenery and taking photographs than adventure.

Best for: Couples, families and photography lovers.

Duration: 1 or 2 hours
Recommended Time: Sunrise or sunset

Jeep Safari

If you want to explore Cappadocia’s rugged landscapes without driving yourself, a Jeep Safari is an exciting alternative.

Travel through off-road routes in a 4×4 vehicle and discover panoramic viewpoints, country roads, valleys, and less accessible areas.

The experience is energetic, bumpy, and fun. Many routes include a scenic stop where you can enjoy the views and take photographs.

Best for: Families, groups and adventure seekers.

Duration: Approximately 2–3 hours

Cultural Experiences in Cappadocia

Whirling Dervishes Ceremony (Sema)

The Sema Ceremony is one of the most meaningful cultural experiences you can attend in Cappadocia.

Performed by the Whirling Dervishes, Sema is a spiritual ritual connected to the Mevlevi tradition. It should not simply be viewed as entertainment; the ceremony represents a form of meditation, devotion, and spiritual expression.

In Cappadocia, ceremonies may take place in historic venues, including the famous Saruhan Caravanserai, located near Avanos.

The atmosphere is quiet and respectful, creating a very different experience from a typical evening show.

Duration: Approximately 1 hour
Transfers: Available from selected Göreme, Ortahisar and Ürgüp hotels.

Turkish Night Show

Spend an evening discovering the music, dance, and traditions of Türkiye.

A Cappadocia Turkish Night usually takes place in a traditional cave restaurant or atmospheric venue. The evening may feature folk dances representing different regions of Türkiye, traditional music, cultural performances, and oriental dance.

Dinner and drinks are typically included, depending on the selected package.

It is a lively and social way to spend an evening after a day of sightseeing.

Best for: Couples, families and groups.

Duration: Evening experience
Hotel Transfer: Available with selected packages

Relaxation & Local Experiences

Traditional Turkish Bath (Hamam)

After walking through Cappadocia’s valleys, a traditional Turkish Bath can be the perfect way to relax.

The classic Hamam experience usually includes time in a warm marble room, followed by a traditional kese body scrub and a foam treatment.

It is one of Türkiye’s oldest wellness traditions and a relaxing addition to an active Cappadocia itinerary.

Best for: Relaxation and wellness.

Located beside the Kızılırmak (Red River), Avanos is known for its clay and generations of skilled ceramic artists.

During a pottery experience, you can watch a master potter work at the wheel and, in many workshops, try creating your own piece.
